Mili Storage is a program run by Mili Express Inc.
Mili Express is a Canadian based logistic company operating all across Canada, providing last mile courier service, warehousing, and other logistic services to businesses and individuals all around the world. Our have warehouses located in most major cities across Canada, totals over 100,000 square feet, and we have provided courier services to over 500,000 people across Canada as of today.
This means you will never have to worry about the safety of your items, as we have been the expert of the logistic industry for many years.

We currently offer in-house pickup services in the following cities:

Your items will be safely transported to our storage warehouse located at your city, where we have 24/7 security camera surveillance and staff on site. So you will never have to worry about the safety of your goods.

We try to offer the most flexible options in the market for our customers! You can store your items for as short as one month, or you can store as long as you wish. At the end of your storage term, if you wish to extend it due to any reason, simply let our lovely staffs know, and we will update your storage length right away.

Your storage cost is base on two factors:
- Amount and type of items stored
- Number of month stored

You can easily book for your pick-up time frame here, or by clicking on the drop down menu. It will lead you to our order placing form page, where you can enter the details of your storage needs (number of items, duration of storage). If you have any concerns with placing order, feel free to leave us a message and we will get right back to you.

You will be required to pay for your applicable deposit fee when you place your pick-up order. Our staff will keep in touch with you during the entire process and confirm the amount of items picked up and storage duration with you after the items are transported back to our storage facility. We will then send you an invoice and you may pay for the invoice within 7 days of receipt.

We accept any payment method from Visa, Mastercard, Email Transfer or Interact EFT.

Additional to the storage fees, there may be things you may need to be aware of:
- Packing Material Fee: Our staff will reach out to you once you have placed your booking order. If you require us to deliver packing supplies (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.) prior to the scheduled pickup time, simply let us know and we will arrange a driver to drop off ahead of time. Material fees can be find in the Pricing section, and will be added to your final invoice.
- Cancellation Fee: $20 cancellation fee will be applied for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours prior to the pick-up date.
- Missed Appointment Fee: $40 fee will be applied if our driver cannot reach you within 15 minutes of arrival. If you changed your contact number, please be sure to let us know 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up.
- Waiting Fee: If our driver arrived within the scheduled pick-up time and you cannot have all your items ready to load, we will charge $50 waiting fee after 15 minutes of arrival, and additional $50 for every 30 minutes the driver waited beyond 1 hour.
- Cleaning Fee: $100 cleaning fee will be applied if we find any leaking from your stored items (mostly from fridges not yet defrosted, or unsealed liquid containers like nail polisher, contact lenses solutions, etc.)
- Overdue Invoice Fee: All invoices are subjected to be paid within 7 days of receipt. $50 overdue fee may be applied if you fail to pay your invoice within this period of time.
*All fees are subject to tax, and may change based on situation and circumstance.

All invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. A $50 overdue fee may be applied if you fail to pay on time. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days period, we will reserve the right to discard your items from our storage facility. If you are having trouble with your payment method, or if you have changed your contact information for receiving the invoice, please make sure to reach out to our staff ahead of time in order to avoid any fees or lost.

We operates 7 days a week besides statutory holidays. You can schedule your pick-up anytime you wish. Please make sure you book your appointment 48 hours ahead of time.

Absolutely! We are proud to say that we work very closely with many major courier companies around the world (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, DHL, FedEx, SF Express, etc.), which means we are able to offer our customers a very good shipping rate to essentially anywhere in the world! We also offer domestic long haul trucking service if you are moving domestically and has a lot of furnitures to transport.

We ask our customers to tightly seal all boxes, and make sure your fragile items are being properly wrapped and labelled. We will not be responsible for any item damaged due to improper packing. Please make sure you keep your boxes within 60lb weight limit, a good idea is to average out the heavy items by packing with lighter items. If you are storing a mattress or couch, we strongly advice you to cover it with wrapping or cover sheet.

We are able to store most of the common household goods are long as they are properly packed.
Here are some of the items we cannot store:
- Food, perishable items, dry foods, or items made of edible ingredients (e.g. rice, flour, pet food, edible decorations, etc.)
- Liquids (e.g. liquid food or drinks, liquid cleaning supplies, liquid care products, etc.)
- Batteries, flammable materials and liquids, or items that could explode or cause fire (e.g. battery packs, batteries for electric bikes or scooters, gas canisters, aerosol cans, etc.)
- Any illegal substances, drugs, or illegal items or goods illegally obtained
- Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition
- Hazardous, toxic or radioactive goods, biological agents, harmful chemicals, powder, or materials
- Pollutants, contaminated goods, asbestos or other materials of a potentially dangerous nature
- Cash or securities, coins, precious stones, jewellery, antiques, fine art, or high-value items
- Animals, birds, fish, or any other living creatures
- Waste or other items which do or could emit any fumes, smell or odour
-Extremely fragile items
- Vehicles
- Items of poor cleanliness

Our drivers will lend a helping hand when arriving for pick-up. If you are storing a lot of heavy boxes or furniture, please make sure you have a friend or two to help you load as our driver won't be able to do so by him/herself. We also provide expert moving service to save you the hassle, please make sure to select moving service when placing order.

Due to safety reasons and concerns, all pick-ups and deliveries are curbside only unless you selected moving service. If you live in an apartment, please make sure to bring your items downstairs before the driver arrives, as they will contact your ahead of time. If you selected moving service, please arrange parking and loading space for our staff.
